assistant coach for Lynnfield Youth Soccer.  Please fill out the coach's
application and send it electronically to Steve Morin, Director of
Player and Coach Development at .  The Lynnfield Youth
Soccer Club Board will consider your application for the upcoming Spring
Season.

LYSC head coaches are selected based on the following criteria:

Past experience
License level
Coaching style
Demeanor
Ability to teach age-level appropriate techniques and tactics
Ability to have fun while challenging players
Timely return of player evaluation
Attendance at coaches' development clinics
Willingness to bring his/her team to tournaments
Willingness to coach indoor soccer
